Mission of San Carlos Dog Owners Association

To establish multiple fenced in, off-leash dog play areas where families can exercise their well-behaved canine citizens in a clean, safe environment without endangering or disturbing people, property or wildlife. To develop beautiful, well-maintained spaces open to all San Carlos families and their canine pets, and friends who are willing to uphold the park's rules and restrictions. To view creation of these play areas as an important community project, in partnership with the City of San Carlos, designed to satisfy the needs of dog-owners and non-dog owners alike.
